About me

My name is Dagmar Herbst.

Ten years ago, yoga and meditation has become an important part of my life, because it helps me to find my balance and feel much better physically.

The symbiosis of yoga and meditation,  for me is the most valuable way to achieve inner peace and at the same time physical fitness.

I pass this path on in my Yoga classes as an internationally recognized, certified yoga teacher.

What does hormone yoga do?
Hormone Yoga after Dinah Rodrigues helps with natural hormone balance during menopause and other hormonal imbalances.

It helps with all hormonal diseases and disorders such as menstrual pain, PMS Premenstrual syndrome (pain before menstruation), joint pain, migraine, osteoporosis, hormonal weight gain and emotional instability in times of hormonal changes.


The typical side effects of menopause such as hot flashes, sleep disorders, depression, irritability, listlessness, acne, brittle nails and thin hair can be alleviated or completely eliminated. All in all, hormone levels are raised again by this method . This can be demonstrated by the hormone level documented before the course and after four months of practice
